Building a Recovery Routine: How to Combine Therapies for Maximum Results

The Stacking Principle

Think of recovery like a recipe. Each therapy addresses a different aspect of healing — inflammation, circulation, mobility, nervous system regulation, cellular repair. The Pain Relief Stack (45 min)
